C.L.A.R.A. Communication Workshop – Virtual

Dear Rutgers Health Community,
On January 31, 2025, the Rutgers Health Office of Diversity and Inclusion is hosting a C.L.A.R.A. Communication Workshop. This workshop approaches C.L.A.R.A. (Calm, Listen, Affirm, Respond, Add) communication as a tool for respectfully engaging in difficult conversations. Utilized to facilitate diverse dialogues worldwide, this method builds common ground between people in conversation, allowing more open and honest exploration of differences.
