    Please see the videos below for training on the faculty evaluation system. You only need to view one training video for faculty or faculty administrators. We’ve included two of each as different questions were asked from participants. You will be prompted to log in with your RU credentials to view the videos.

    Faculty Administrators are required to use the UHR Performance Management System to complete evaluations. The paper forms are no longer required.

    Clinical Affairs Summary Letter (CASL) Reporting

    The CASL provides a simple, focused tool to centralize for each faculty member the following clinical metrics: the Clinical Incentive Program (CIP), Claims History, and select Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction (CAHPS) results. Many of these data sets have been available previously on various platforms throughout RBHS. If you experience any trouble logging in, or for any questions, comments, or concerns regarding data in the report please reach out to CASL@rbhs.rutgers.edu.

    In addition to faculty who can access their individual reports, chairs and department administrators have access to the reports for their department.
