    Faculty Administrators are required to use the UHR Performance Management System to complete evaluations. The paper forms are no longer required.

    Clinical Affairs Summary Letter (CASL) Reporting

    The CASL provides a simple, focused tool to centralize for each faculty member the following clinical metrics: the Clinical Incentive Program (CIP), Claims History, and select Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction (CAHPS) results. Many of these data sets have been available previously on various platforms throughout RBHS. If you experience any trouble logging in, or for any questions, comments, or concerns regarding data in the report please reach out to CASL@rbhs.rutgers.edu.

    In addition to faculty who can access their individual reports, chairs and department administrators have access to the reports for their department.
