The deadlines on the timeline above are the dates school faculty affairs offices are required to submit reappointment and promotions to RBHS Faculty Affairs. Faculty must consult with their unit/school faculty affairs office for internal deadlines.

HCM Job Action Cutoff Schedule
The HCM Job Action Cutoff schedule is most important to follow for new hires. If a new hire package does not get to HCM by the cutoff date, the new faculty member will not receive a paycheck during the next pay period. It is important to follow the third column (yellow) “HCM Cutoff Date” when processing new hires. For other faculty actions, please use the cutoff date that corresponds with the effective date. If the action is retroactive, look for the date in the HCM Cutoff Date column that is the same date you submitted the action to HCM to determine what paycheck the salary change should appear.
