Established Leaders will participate in a two-day leadership retreat featuring sessions focused on strategic leadership, professional philosophy, leading change, effective communication, performance management, and advancing success in higher education.
The retreat will provide opportunities for reflection, peer engagement, networking, and collaboration with fellow Academic Leadership Program participants.
