Rutgers Health Leadership Council

This Leadership Council (DLC) serves as a strategic and advisory partner to the Office of Engagement & Teaching in advancing faculty and staff engagement, fostering a culture of inclusion, and building supportive environments for all.

Comprising faculty and staff leaders nominated from across Rutgers Health schools and academic units, the Council focuses on implementing programmatic initiatives that cultivate thriving work environments.
