    This Leadership Council on Faculty and Staff engagement (LCE) serves as a strategic and advisory partner to the Office of Engagement & Teaching Excellence in advancing faculty and staff engagement, fostering a culture where everyone is able to thrive, while promoting programs that build supportive and psychologically safe environments for the community of Rutgers Health

    Comprising faculty and staff leaders nominated by Deans and Directors across Rutgers Health schools and academic units, the Council focuses on implementing programmatic initiatives that cultivate thriving work environments.
