These templates set requirements for the contents of letters sent to new paid faculty in RBHS schools with regard to the key terms of the appointment, the contingencies of the offer, and the requirements of the Schools and University.  Following these guidelines will help avoid misunderstandings due to omissions, unintentional processes, or misstatements.
