    Investing in Faculty and Staff at Rutgers Health

    Rutgers Health Faculty Advance, Engage, and Mentor (AEM) Faculty Development Program
    The AEM Faculty Development Program is designed to build a community of practice, engage faculty, foster leadership skills, provide mentoring, and expand networking opportunities for all faculty at Rutgers Health. The overall aim of the program is to build self-efficacy so faculty can navigate their own path to success in academic health and foster a sense of belonging and professional growth for the cohort.
    Staff Mentoring Program (SMP)
    The Rutgers Health Staff Mentoring Program (SMP) launched in January 2021 as a pilot program. The goals of the program are to promote a culture of mentorship, professional development, and collaboration amongst staff members.
